When he’s not crunching figures, he’s out on the field playing soccer, his favorite sport. He also enjoys fishing, proving he’s got patience both in finance and in reeling in the big catch. But don’t be fooled—Francis isn’t all work and no play. He takes his lawn care seriously, calling it his "baby".
